**Position Summary** The Operations Manager provides day\-to\-day leadership and oversight of facilities, security, safety, and fleet operations across the organization. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, vehicles, security systems, and operational practices are safe, functional, well\-maintained, and supportive of staff, volunteers, neighbors, and community partners. The Operations Manager supervises three direct reports and coordinates employees, contractors, security personnel, vendors, and service providers to maintain effective daily operations. The role serves as a key operational partner to the Director of Operations by identifying risks, resolving operational issues, managing preventive maintenance, and ensuring appropriate systems and accountability are in place. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilities Management: Oversee daily facility operations, building maintenance, grounds, and infrastructure, ensuring safe, clean, and functional environments.
