**Summary** ----------- The Segment Manager leads the Carbide Rod product segment and is responsible for developing and executing product and commercial strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Serves as the commercial leader for the segment, partnering with Sales, Operations, R\&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align customer needs and market opportunities with business objectives. The role also leads and develops the Product Analyst supporting the segment, providing direction and oversight of product management, forecasting, pricing, reporting, analysis, and product lifecycle activities. The Segment Manager translates strategic objectives and market insights into actionable initiatives that support sustainable growth and leverage Hyperion's manufacturing capabilities and technology leadership.
