Relocation assistance is not provided.)* The Loan Operations Supervisor leads and develops the Loan Assistant team in alignment with Legacy Bank’s core values of Relationships, Empowerment, Reliability, Kindness, and Legacy. The role builds lasting relationships across the team and empowers Loan Assistants through clear standards and decision authority, and promotes reliable, accurate, and compliant work. The supervisor leads with kindness by coaching with respect, providing direct feedback, and supporting each employee’s growth. By developing talent and strengthening processes, this role helps create a lasting legacy of capable people and sustainable performance. The first priority of this role is people. The supervisor identifies and selects talent, leads onboarding, coaches and develops each Loan Assistant, owns individual development plans and career progression, and holds the team to clear and consistent standards.
