The Grove at Carvalho located in Fall River, MA has an exciting opportunity available for a Full\-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their new in\-house therapy team! **$3,000 Sign on Bonus** **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform initial physical therapy evaluations and create personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs. * Deliver physical therapy services to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve physical function and independence. * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians. * Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and wellness practices. * Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and ensure adherence to treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. * Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives as needed. **Qualifications:** * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BSPT). * Current State Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligible). * Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain ...
