We are a fast\-paced Industrial Distribution company specializing in Conveyor Belt, Industrial Hose and Gasket products. This person must be willing to work among and lead the warehouse personnel while having the acumen to participate in and lead meetings with management. This manager will provide leadership and development to workforce to ensure the quality and on time delivery of our quality hose and belt products, in a safe working environment. We are a teamwork environment that is customer service driven. The manager is responsible for the productivity and quality of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate effective communication and support with inside and outside sales staff to efficiently maximize the warehouse team and equipment resources to exceed customer satisfaction.
