Ohio Structures, an AISC certified fabricator and steel bridge industry leader, is hiring an on\-site Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) for quality control management at our shop in Berlin Center, Ohio. Ohio Structures is a steel fabricator and coatings applicator for the bridge industry and we are searching for a CWI who is looking to establish a long term career in a quality\-focused shop environment. This new team member's focus will be on the inspection and quality control of our fabrication, painting, and thermal spray metalizing. We require at least 3 years of experience in weld inspection of steel fabrication. An active CWI certification is required. Familiarity of AWS D1\.5 Bridge Welding Code and AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) is preferred but can be learned during employment. In addition to full benefits including hospitalization, dental, vision, life, matching 401(k), PTO, we offer an annual performance\-based payroll bonus in addition to annual salary.
