**USADistributions LLC is** seeking an experienced, hands\-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of 6 employees. We need an organized, dependable leader who can maintain accurate inventory, coordinate Amazon shipments, keep orders moving on time, and work alongside the team when needed. **Responsibilities** * Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. * Supervise five warehouse employees who report directly to you; assign tasks, train staff, and maintain accountability for accuracy and productivity. * Manage Amazon FBA shipments through Seller Central, including shipment creation, preparation, labeling, pallet shipments, carrier bookings, and delivery appointments. * Coordinate parcel and freight shipments, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues. * Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and keep storage locations organized. * Use inventory and shipping software to manage stock and order fulfillment. * Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams by phone and email. * Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and c...
