The company’s mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye.** OVERVIEW: The Senior Analyst of SEC Reporting will be reporting directly to the Director of SEC Reporting and will support the external reporting and the accounting for share\-based compensation functions in accordance with SEC, U.S. GAAP and SOX rules and regulations. This role will assist with the preparation of all SEC filings including Forms 10\-Q, 10\-K, 8\-K, Proxy Statement and review of Form 4 filings.
