Marketing \& Community Relations Specialist **Employment Classification:** Independent Contractor **Department:** Marketing / Community Relations **Reports To:** Administrator / Executive Leadership **Schedule:** As Assigned / Based on Agency Marketing Needs Position Summary The **Marketing \& Community Relations Specialist** is responsible for promoting the agency’s healthcare and behavioral health services throughout the community, developing and maintaining professional partnerships, identifying new referral and marketing opportunities, and increasing community awareness of available services. This position serves as a professional representative of the agency and works to establish positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, social service agencies, businesses, referral sources, and other potential community partners. The Marketing \& Community Relations Specialist is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of marketing activities, community contacts, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
