**Clinic Medical Assistant** As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and support the practicing physician and or physician assistant to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support the provider and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Hours: Monday \- Friday 7:45 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. This position floats between two offices, in north and south Oklahoma city. **What You Will Do:** * Interview patients and document basic medical history * Organize and schedule appointments * Update and file medical records information needed for billing * Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services * Check with patients and assemble patient charts * Assist during medical examinations * Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms * Handle information for financial records * Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments **What You Will Need to be Successful:** * Proven working experience as a medical assistant * Knowledge of medical office mana...
