We currently operate four portfolio companies, each with its own brand, broker relationships, and go\-to\-market motion, and we are actively acquiring and launching new programs with the expectation to grow to 15 portfolio companies over the next few years. **The Opportunity** This is a rare seat: one marketing leader operating across an entire platform rather than a single brand. You will own strategy, vendor management, and hands\-on execution for a portfolio that spans specialty commercial insurance. No two weeks look the same. We've deliberately built this role to be high\-leverage rather than high\-headcount. You'll have a vendor bench for specialist execution (SEO, paid media buying, HubSpot administration) so your time goes to the work only you can do: strategy, prioritization, vendor management, and creative.
