**Job Summary** Murray Contracting is a rural structure specialist building pole buildings, steel buildings, and barndominiums across Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia. We're hiring an Estimator to own the bidding process — taking projects from first conversation to final number with accuracy and confidence. This is a direct\-impact role in a growing, owner\-operated business. You'll work closely with the owner, protect margins, and help us win the right work. **Responsibilities** * Prepare complete, accurate estimates for pole building, steel building, and barndominium projects * Perform material takeoffs from drawings and site conditions * Solicit and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors * Conduct site visits to assess scope and conditions * Manage multiple active bids and meet client deadlines * Track estimate\-to\-actual performance and adjust pricing as needed * Represent Murray Contracting professionally during the pre\-construction phase **Requirements** * Estimating experience in post\-frame, steel, or rural construction (required) * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail * O...
