**Hiring Department** --------------------- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Project **Job Description** ------------------- The University of Missouri is embarking on a multi\-year transformation to implement a new cloud\-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, replacing its current PeopleSoft HCM and Finance platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Core HR ERP Lead to play a critical role in this strategic initiative and provide ongoing system expertise post\-implementation. The Core HR ERP Lead will serve as both a strategic and operational leader within the project team. This role will drive the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Core HR module within the new ERP environment. Working closely with cross\-functional partners and external implementation consultants, this position ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient operations while enhancing employee experience.
