We’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of marketing, lead generation, follow\-up, and the front end of our sales pipeline. Our goal is to consistently generate roughly 30–40 qualified remodeling leads per month, and we need someone who is comfortable being accountable for that. To be considered, you should have: * 3\+ years of hands\-on marketing, lead generation, business development, or similar experience * Experience generating qualified leads, not just social media engagement * Experience with digital marketing such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, or landing pages * Experience using a CRM to track leads, follow\-up, appointments, and results * Strong writing and communication skills * Comfort talking with leads, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments * Experience creating or managing content such as social posts, emails, photos, video, or website content * Comfort using ChatGPT or other AI tools * Ability to look at results, identify what isn’t working, and make adjustments * Willingness to attend community events, trade shows, networking events, and industry events around the Portland Metro area Experience in remodeling, constructi...
