**DESCRIPTION** --------------- We are looking for an analytically driven Supply Chain Manager to own and advance supplier performance programs within the SPIRE team. You will be the single\-threaded owner of one or more performance workstreams — such as On\-Time In\-Full (OTIF) delivery measurement, supplier reporting compliance, or lead time accuracy — and will be responsible for defining program standards, building measurement frameworks, and driving adoption across our global supplier network. In this role you will operate with significant ambiguity: scoping problems that don't yet have established processes, designing scalable solutions, and earning trust with cross\-functional partners (Global Materials Management, Planning, Procurement, and suppliers) to implement them. You will independently manage supplier\-facing communications, translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, and continuously raise the bar on how we measure and improve supplier performance.
