**Job Title:**Medical Assistant**Location:** Hoboken, NJ**Hours:** Full Time; 4/10 Shifts **Who Are We Looking For?** We’re seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to help in our food allergy treatment clinic. This role blends front and back\-office responsibilities, and requires someone detail\-oriented, compassionate, and ready to make a difference in patient care. **Duties and Responsibilities:****Back Office Duties:*** Arrive ahead of the first patient to prepare the clinic and ensure all exam rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready. * Demonstrate understanding of the food dosing strategy and patient plans. * Prepare patient consents and complete chart prep within required timeframes. * Prepare food challenge vehicles for each visit. * Prepare patients for visits, acquire and document vitals, and communicate with providers to ensure an organized patient flow process. * Assist providers with patient schedules and clinical needs. * Maintain a safe food allergy environment by ensuring proper food dosing, reporting errors, and following protocols during patient exercise activities. * Monitor and maintain emergency rescue medication and equip rooms with appropriate supplies. * Measur...
