We are seeking an organized, experienced, and customer\-focused **Freight Operations \& Customer Service Coordinator** to join our team at our Miami facility. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an early team member of a **new freight\-forwarding operation** while also providing customer service and administrative support to **Atlantic Models**, an established company operating from the same facility. We are specifically interested in candidates with experience in **domestic trucking and/or domestic and international air freight**. Ocean freight experience is not required for this position. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands\-on position combining freight operations, customer service, and office administration. On the freight side, you'll help coordinate shipments from quote and booking through pickup and final delivery. You'll communicate directly with customers, carriers, airlines, trucking companies, warehouses, and other service providers to keep freight moving and customers informed.
