Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 This role serves as the on\-site Construction Manager. The individual will act as the owner’s representative, providing full\-time field oversight of an exterior rehabilitation project at an occupied, secure building. The position is technically focused, field\-driven, and highly visible, with responsibility for schedule, quality, coordination, and risk management. The CM will: * Be on site full time during active construction and closeout * Lead daily coordination with the contractor and owner stakeholders * Perform daily inspections * Review and monitor contractor schedules, look\-aheads, and progress updates * Track RFIs, submittals, and field issues * Support owner with technical input on changes, time impacts, and risk items * Coordinate closely with commissioning activities through turnover **Requirements** * 7\-10 years of on\-site construction management experience (as an owners rep or GC) * CM Certification (PMP, CCM, etc.) or license (Architect or Engineer) is preferred * Direct experience with both building and civil projects * Experience working in occupied buildings, preferably federal facilities * Ability to perform daily inspections...
