We are seeking an experienced, personable, compassionate, and highly organized **Medical Assistant** to join a concierge medical practice. This is a unique position for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to serve as the physician’s trusted **right\-hand person** in the day\-to\-day operation of the practice. Because we are a concierge practice, our patients expect a high level of personalized attention, communication, and follow\-through. This is **not a hectic, high\-volume medical office where you are moving 5–6 patients through the office each day.** Some days patients are seen in the office, while other days may include accompanying the physician to patients’ homes. The pace allows our team to provide more personalized and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is warm and professional, an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to anticipate the needs of both the physician and patients.
