**Role Overview** The **Technical Project Manager Senior** is responsible for leading complex healthcare technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, data teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The **Technical Project Manager Senior** will drive project execution using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, overseeing planning, requirements management, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, risk management, release coordination, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare industry knowledge with technical delivery expertise and a proven ability to manage cross\-functional teams. **Work Arrangement** * This is a 100% Remote position but you must live in EST or CST time zones * For roles that are 100% remote or hybrid, you must have access to a reliable high\-speed internet connection to support daily job responsibilities.
