Client: A client in the construction industry Location: Weymouth, MA Work mode: On\-site Experience: Mid Level Work authorization: US Citizen/Permanent Resident Relocation: Not available Openings: 1 Role Summary \& Objective The Mechanical Project Manager directs the delivery of mechanical and HVAC/R sheet metal operations for commercial construction projects, managing air distribution, ductwork, equipment setup, and subcontractor coordination. Key Responsibilities * Project \& Schedule Coordination: Establish project schedules and coordinate with internal teams including pre\-construction, safety, estimating, and BIM/fabrication. * Submittals \& Procurement: Review technical equipment submittals and procure necessary mechanical materials and vendor packages. * Field \& Subcontractor Oversight: Issue trade subcontracts, monitor daily field progress, and ensure adherence to milestones. * Financial Management: Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, schedules of values, and the change\-order process. * Quality \& Safety: Implement safety plans, review drawings for design conflicts, and create schedule recovery plans as needed.
