Searching for a positive, hard\-working, professional General Manager for a very successful fast\-casual style restaurant to lead our upcoming new Vinny’s Cafe location in Jupiter, FL. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of restaurant General Management experience, preferably with a leading restaurant chain operation. Preferred applicants must be proven solid team leaders with a commitment to growing the revenue and profitability of the restaurant. A strong understanding of customer service, operational/ team leadership, disciplined food safety practices, and thorough enforcement of cleaning protocols are essential. Also, an active ServSafe Manager certification is required. Position compensation parameters include: competitive base salary, semi\-annual bonus program, two weeks' paid vacation annually after six months of employment, and a five\-day per week work schedule.
