Harts Bluff ISD is seeking a **Temporary Communication Specialist** to help share district news, information, and stories with employees, families, students, and the community. This position will assist with district communication channels and create clear, timely, and engaging content highlighting students, staff, programs, and school activities. **This is a temporary position expected to end in June 2027\.** ### **Qualifications** **Education/Certification:** * Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field preferred * Relevant communications, social media, photography, writing or school district experience may substitute for formal education **Special Knowledge/Skills:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to write clearly for a variety of audiences * Basic knowledge of social media platforms * Basic photography, video and graphic design skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents and community members * Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment ### **Major Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with district commun...
