**JOB SUMMARY** The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for planning and managing all phases of the financial activities to include maintenance of financial systems that provide for internal controls, ensure stewardship of assets, maintain adequate cash flow to support operations, maximize revenue from all sources, and management of budgets. The CFO supervises accounting and finance personnel. Assists the Chief Executive Officer in budget preparation. Work is performed without technical supervision, and often requires initiative and independent judgment.
