In this role, the manager is responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer requirements and ensuring those expectations are consistently fulfilled. They play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing supply chain activities by partnering closely with Regional Sales and Supply Chain teams to align on order‑management inputs, track promotional performance, and address any supply‑chain‑related challenges.
