**Position Summary** The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new and existing revenue opportunities. This role focuses on corporate partnerships, earned\-income initiatives, institutional grants, and strategic alliances. You will conduct market research, pitch value propositions to business leaders, and collaborate with the VHR team to turn innovative ideas into sustainable funding streams. **Key Responsibilities** Partnership \& Corporate Relations ● **Corporate Volunteer Council (CVC) Growth:** Grow and retain CVC membership by establishing a pipeline of corporate partners and sponsors. ● **Relationship Management:** Cultivate long\-term relationships with corporate executives, volunteer engagement professionals, and community engagement officers. Lead the full sales/partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal drafting, membership development, and closing. ● **Meet \& Exceed Annual Revenue Goals:** Establish a plan for meeting and exceeding annual CVC membership revenue and sponsorship goals.
