**Flexible PRN (As\-Needed) Schedule — Not a Full\-Time or Part\-Time Position** US Wellness is seeking detail\-oriented and professional PRN (as needed) certified/licensed **Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, RN or LPN** to support a **1 year** clinical research study involving in\-home assessments of trial participants. This position plays an important role in the collection of standardized health and functional data used to support research objectives and study outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following established protocols, and accurately documenting assessment results in a home\-based setting. **Position Responsibilities:** Travel to participants' homes in the Boston area to conduct study\-related blood draw and mobility assessments including: Urine collection Venipuncture blood draws Perform standardized functional assessments Conduct sensory assessments Administer cognitive assessments Complete mobility testing and evaluate movement\-related measures Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all assessment findings Adhere to study procedures, participant privacy requirements, and data collection standards **Qualifications:** Lic...
