As a Front Desk Agent/Night Audit you will be tasked with greeting and helping Guests throughout an 8 Hour shift. This includes answering phone calls, attending to guests needs, answering questions regarding our accommodations and Check\-In and Check\-out routines. This job requires attention to guests and an outgoing personality. You will also be tasked with guest resolution to ensure all our guests are happy and well taken care of before, during, and after their stay. This job is a Over Night position.
