**Location:** Remote \| New England network strongly preferred **Engagement:** Independent Contractor (1099\), approximately 15–20 hours per month **Compensation:** $100–$125/hour, commensurate with experience **Initial Term:** 90 days, with potential for extension and expansion **About Restorative Justice Institute** Restorative Justice Institute (RJI) is a Maine\-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming how individuals, organizations, and communities navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and build healthier systems. Through consulting, training, facilitation, restorative mediation, and capacity building, we partner with schools, workplaces, municipalities, public institutions, and community organizations to address complex challenges and create lasting change. RJI is entering an exciting period of growth.
