Description

Pennoni is seeking an experienced professional to lead our **Site/Civil team** **as a Division Manager** and lead our multi\-discipline site design projects on a full\-time, direct basis in **Raleigh NC**. This person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private \& public site development projects across various markets. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Manage a team of engineers and designers * Develop and maintain client relationships * Manage all aspects of project efforts and interface with clients; this includes making presentations to clients \& municipalities (when necessary). * Prepare budgets and proposals * Supervise and perform site development \& design tasks: plan preparation, grading, permit applications (including NCDOT and Water Management Districts), report writing, etc. * Contribute to stormwater management design: Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H\&H) modeling, Erosion and Sediment Control (E\&SC) planning, etc. * Engage with regulatory agencies. * Assist with RFQ responses. * Mentor junior\-level staff. * Provide quality control of staff design \& reports. * Additional duties may be assigned, as needed. * Reports to Raleigh Office Director **Basic Requirem...
