Profit Pulse is hiring a **construction\-savvy Controller**–a senior accounting leader and "process ninja"–who makes our clients' accounting run better. You will build client\-specific workflows and accounting manuals, supervise and QC our team's work across a portfolio of 60\+ clients, mentor our clients' in\-house accountants, and act as a high\-level advisor on complex needs, with a focus on construction and project\-based businesses. This role is built for a self\-starter who thrives on autonomy, is comfortable making judgment calls, and uses technology and AI to streamline how accounting gets done. You will have full ownership of your domain with zero micromanagement.
