We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout. This role is ideal for someone with commercial general contracting experience who is ready to take on greater project management responsibilities and grow into a Project Manager position. **Responsibilities** * Assist with managing commercial construction projects, including renovations and tenant improvements. * Support project delivery from preconstruction and procurement through construction, turnover, and closeout. * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel. * Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence. * Review construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts to identify discrepancies and coordination issues. * Help develop and update project schedules and monitor progress against milestones. * Track project expenses, purchase orders, committed costs, invoices, and change orders. * Participate in project meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks. * Visit jobsites to ...
