**Employment Type:** Full\-Time **FSLA:** Salary/Exempt **Division:** Arch Direct **Department:** Arch Direct / Direct Purchase **Reports to:** Project Executive / Director of Strategic Sourcing **Supervisory Duties:** Yes **Salary Range:** $100,000 \- $120,000 The Arch Direct \- Direct Purchase – Assistant Project Manager (DP\-APM) will serve as a point of contact for regional stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Project Executives, Purchasing, Estimating, Preconstruction Manager, Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors. The DP\-APM is responsible for oversight of Direct Purchase responsibilities. The DP\-APM is responsible for individual project scope / packages full life cycle including early engagement, purchasing, recommendation, award, budget, cost, schedule, risk management, resource management, quality and safety while providing exceptional customer service.
