Pending Contract Award Mission Objectives ? CPE AVN OCIO requires integrated operations across technical, cyber, business, and service\-delivery functions. The Deputy Program Manager converts program direction into coordinated daily execution. The PWS requires a single documented reporting chain to the Program Manager. This position provides continuity for the Program Manager, maintains operational control across service teams, and rapidly resolves cross\-functional performance issues.
