**Job Summary** A growing medical supplies company is seeking an experienced Warehouse \& Distribution Operations Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and a delivery fleet of approximately 15 trucks. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all day\-to\-day warehouse and distribution operations * Manage warehouse employees, drivers, and support staff * Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve inventory discrepancies * Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping * Coordinate daily delivery schedules for approximately 15 trucks * Monitor routes to ensure accurate and on\-time deliveries * Ensure orders are prepared and loaded correctly * Establish efficient warehouse procedures and workflows * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility * Track employee productivity and operational performance * Work closely with purchasing, customer service, and management * Handle daily operational issues and implement long\-term improvements **Qualifications:** * Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience required * Strong leadership and team\-management skills * Experience managing inventory and delivery operations * Excellent organizational...
