**Position Summary** Life Time is expanding its presence in the Salt Lake City area. In addition to our existing South Jordan location, we are preparing for future destinations in Holladay, Herriman, and Lehi, creating new leadership opportunities across the market through the end of 2027\. As we grow, we are seeking experienced General Managers interested in learning more about future leadership opportunities with Life Time. This posting represents an evergreen talent community rather than a single immediate opening and gives us the opportunity to connect with outstanding leaders well ahead of future hiring needs to prepare for training and onboarding. The General Manager in Training position is a high\-profile leadership position, where you will partner with the club's Senior Leadership to help with the club’s overall direction, coordination, operation, and success.
