Description

MFCP is seeking a **Manager of Quality and Safety – Data Centers** to lead product quality for Data Center hose and fluid\-conveyance production. This role will establish and oversee the quality function in a high\-volume manufacturing environment, partnering closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective inspection, testing, traceability, and release controls. The Manager of Quality and Safety–Data Centers is responsible for leading product quality for Data Center hose and fluid\-conveyance production. This role partners with cross\-functional teams, including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to establish a quality department within a high\-volume, medium\- to high\-variability manufacturing environment. The position works closely with manufacturing and engineering leadership to evaluate and integrate automation software and smart/IoT hardware for assembly, testing, and quality control, including connected\-tool data, torque tracking, test interlocks, and traceability controls that prevent product from advancing without verified results.
