This position manages project schedules, budgets, design coordination, bidding, contracting, and construction delivery while partnering with our Legal, Leasing, Asset Management departments along with consultants, contractors, and tenants. **In This Role, You Will:** * Manage project schedules and budgets throughout the full project lifecycle, including conceptual planning, due diligence, design development, construction documentation, bidding, construction, and closeout. * Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle * Verify existing site conditions, including parking, and confirm that project documentation accurately reflects lease requirements and supports the earliest feasible delivery date...
