Description: **About the Role** The Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) is a key member of Rail Modal Group's Non\-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) operations team. Working primarily as a Documentation Specialist, the SCC ensures every shipment's processes are followed accurately from booking through final documentation. The SCC serves as the primary liaison between RMG customers and the steamship lines RMG partners with. The NVOCC function is fast\-paced and handles a high volume of information and forms, so precision and attention to detail are essential. The SCC also works closely with RMG's Logistics and Operations teams to support the successful onward movement of customer cargo. **Key Responsibilities** **Booking Management** * Receive, review, and process customer export booking requests. * Validate rates, service contracts, and trade lane eligibility before booking. * Secure vessel space with steamship lines and enter bookings into internal systems. * Send booking confirmations, revisions, and updates to customers. **Shipment Coordination and Monitoring** * Track bookings and shipments in transit, and alert customers to schedule changes, cutoffs, and delays. * Resolve boo...
