CFO Experienced Tax Manager for stable 3rd generation automotive management company. Job Requirements \- CPA accounting firm tax experience required 7\+ years with corporate, trust, partnership and individual tax preparation \& planning knowledge. Tax / Accounting Software / Benefit Plan / HR Administration. Supervise, train, and work with employees in A/P, A/R \& GL accounting for multiple entities; Review ledgers and financial statements for all entities, distribute to management and implement corrections as needed. Work with existing tax manager; ensure preparation of all information necessary for tax compliance, program administrator for SAGE accounting system. Audit \& Oil and Gas knowledge is a plus.
