Job Description **Regional Sales Manager** -------------------------- As a Regional Sales Manager, your mission is for driving sales growth and increasing market share for compressor valve products within an assigned territory You will report to the Sales Manager. You will: * Prospect, develop, and maintain quality customer relationships within the assigned region. * Identify and target key accounts, engineering firms, distributors, resellers, OEMs, and strategic market segments to expand market share. * Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. * Manage direct sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations. * Follow up on leads and referrals generated by Inside Sales and Marketing. * Own sales opportunities through Start Up unless transferred to a third party. * Establish and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers, with a focus on key accounts. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and proactively introduce new products and solutions. * Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, proposals, pricing, and commercial terms. * Identify and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a...
