**About the Role** The Early Careers Coordinator will work on several Early Careers and Campus Recruitment initiatives across the firm’s various departments (Equity Research, Sales and various Business Operations teams). This is a dynamic role which will experience extensive contact and partnership with employees of all levels at the firm, including senior leadership. **Responsibilities:*** Develop and execute Wolfe Research’s campus recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting top talent for our Summer Internship Program, Wolfe Ascend Early Insights Diversity Program, and other early career initiatives. * Oversee the planning, execution, and management of campus recruitment programs, including the summer internship program, on\-campus recruiting events and internal networking sessions. * Serve as the primary contact for all student inquiries about internship referrals and opportunities, application processes, and career development.
