**Position Overview** --------------------- ##### **Green Bay Packaging, Pinecrest Lumber is seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our collaborative and family\-oriented Accounting team. This role focuses on accounts payable, inventory management, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.** **Responsibilities** -------------------- * **Perform daily billing using Legna lumber software.** * **Reconcile customer purchase orders, bills of lading and invoices.** * **Review aging reports and identify past due accounts** * **Enter invoices for payment into Acumatica accounting software.** * **Reconcile vendor purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices.** * **Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting.** * **At the close of each month end, inventory and sales are reconciled and journal entries uploaded.** * **Support year\-end audits through inventory counts and financial documentation** ##### **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, or a relate...
