Description: **Position Summary:** The Aerospace Industries Association’s (AIA) communications team is a key driver of the organization’s advocacy and outreach strategy, sharing the story of how the aerospace and defense industry contributes to America’s safety, security, and economic success. The Senior Manager of Media Relations is an energetic, entrepreneurial, and capable communicator who will help the communications team tell – and sell – that story. You will help support and coordinate AIA media outreach, ensuring the organization reaches the right audience at the right time. You will also help guarantee that AIA’s messaging materials are compelling, cohesive, and accessible to our key audiences on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in the public.
