**Job Summary** Responsible for the overall profitability and safe operation of the area. Implements and executes all Company policies, procedures, and strategies. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Essential** * Ensure Company safety standards are followed and promoted. * Oversee the daily activities of the areas staff and active contractors. * Ensure area has sufficient qualified and trained staff to meet customer expectations. * Ensure team is customer centered, responsive, professional, and that Company expectations are communicated appropriately to staff. * Develop, review, and implement areas strategic plan, operations plan, and operational budgets. * Monitor and manage areas operation costs and budgets. * Review, approve, and report on financial performance of the area. * Ensure that customer deliveries are made as scheduled and that scheduling meets customer requirements. * Monitor market and maintain a knowledge of the local business climate and make adjustments as necessary. * Oversee inventory management systems and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs. * Manage equipment and other physical resources including maintenance, repairs, replacement, and disp...
