Doctor Fix\-It Restoration \& Reconstruction is looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from start to finish. This is not an entry\-level position, and it’s not a typical 9\-to\-5 job. If you’re looking for a job where someone reminds you to do your paperwork, follows behind you fixing mistakes, or tells you what to do every hour of the day, this won’t be the right fit. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, solves problems, builds relationships, and gets things done. Position Overview As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling work, developing scopes of work, managing crews and subcontractors, maintaining customer relationships, networking for new opportunities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, profitably, and to the highest standards. This is primarily a management and leadership role. You will not be swinging a hammer every day.
