**Job Description** Join the BAE Systems Space \& Mission Systems Cryogenic Engineering Team as a Project Engineer. In this role, you will be accountable for managing and delivering a defined and agreed upon scope of work that meets requirements and cost/schedule commitments. The Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that enables the successful delivery of high\-impact discriminating technologies for our customers’ missions. Our collaborative, cross\-functional teams are committed to innovation, integrity, continual learning and strong execution. **What You’ll Do:** * Represent the Cryogenic team in technical discussions and guide technical decisions and make risk\-based decisions. * Apply Cost Account Management (CAM) principles and earned value management to decisions. * Generate time\-phased staffing and material estimates for area of responsibility and manage to an agreed upon staffing level. * Generate schedules and track tasks using Microsoft Project or similar tool. * Manage subcontracts of a variety of contract types. * Manage company\-wide technical priorities in relation to customer...
