**Director of Business and Finance** We employ and serve people of all faiths and backgrounds. Catholic Charities is seeking an experienced and mission\-driven individual to provide strategic financial leadership for our organization. This key position oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls while helping ensure the long\-term financial strength of our agency. We are looking for a collaborative leader who brings strong financial expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to supporting our mission of serving others. **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Supervise and coordinate the functions of reimbursement, client accounting, budget and general accounting, which includes ledger accounting, accounts payable, and payroll. * Maintain the agency’s investment program. * Coordinate and manage the annual audit process. * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them at all sites. * Prepare monthly financial statements for the Executive Director and Board of Directors that include analysis and interpretation, in a timely manner. * Experience with grants, restricted...
