Our lead product, the Juveena® Hydrogel System is indicated for use in adult women to reduce the incidence and severity of intrauterine adhesion formation following hysteroscopic adhesiolysis for symptomatic moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions. As we prepare for U.S. market entry, we are building a focused commercial team to bring Juveena to the minimally invasive gynecology community. **Position Summary:** This individual will lead the U.S. launch and early adoption of the Juveena Hydrogel System, translating commercial strategy into launch execution, field enablement, and customer engagement. The role is also the primary commercial voice into upstream product development, partnering with R\&D to define enhancements to Juveena and new products for our hydrogel platform.
