**Summary** ----------- The incumbent serves as a senior engineering expert for program and project delivery, responsible for managing assigned Federal\-aid Highway Programs and providing stewardship and oversight of projects within Ohio. This includes planning, environment, design, construction, maintenance, and financing activities. In this role the incumbent organizes, directs, and administers the program, as well as serves as a member of the cross\-functional team directly supporting program and project delivery.
